Overview
Banksia Place is intended to comprise a number of developments that provide amenity, services, support and value to the Airport Community, including a planned Service Centre .The Precinct will include a Central Parking Area (CPA) development, which is intended to provide for future parking needs of Brisbane Airport and to accommodate Australia’s largest car rental businesses.
Location
Banksia Place is in close proximity to both the Brisbane International and Domestic Terminals.
Intended uses
Intended uses for this precinct includes retail, offices, warehouses, car parking, rental car businesses, ground transport vehicles and other support businesses. For complete list of intended uses refer to section 6.4 Land Use Zones and Related Development in the Brisbane Airport 2009 Master Plan.
