Da Vinci

 

Overview 

The Da Vinci Precinct is a mixed use area dedicated to logistics, commercial office and aviation/aeronautical educational uses. It is approximately 44 hectares, centrally located within Brisbane Airport.

The logistics component is concentrated around the former international airport terminal and apron and is ideal for air cargo. The education component of Da Vinci is strongly supported by the Queensland Government and consists of flight simulators, cabin crew training, aircraft maintenance training facilities and research and development facilities.

 

Location

Da Vinci Precinct is located south of the terminals and in close proximity to Airport Village.

 

Intended uses

The intended uses for this precinct includes offices, warehouses, distribution centres and aviation education facilities. For complete list of intended uses refer to section 6.4 Land Use Zones and Related Development in the Brisbane Airport 2009 Master Plan.
