International Precinct

 

Overview 

The Brisbane International Precinct (which includes the International Terminal building) forms the international, commercial and business hub of Brisbane Airport. This precinct facilitates a range of land uses to efficiently serve Airport users, global businesses and aviation activity. Over the next 20 years the precinct will continue to grow as a new business park for premium offices, terminals, car park and airside support facilities.

 

Location

Brisbane International Terminal Precinct is a multi-modal transport hub which includes an Airtrain station providing connection to the wider SEQ rail network.

 

Intended uses

Includes the International Terminal, business premises, aviation support facilities, visitor accommodation, retail premises and car parks. For the complete list of intended uses refer to section 6.4 Land Use Zones and Related Development in the Brisbane Airport 2009 Master Plan.
