Export Park

 

 

Overview

Today, Export Park provides opportunities for air cargo operations, corporate offices, freight forwarding and warehouse distribution networks. It covers approximately 76 hectares of land over three development stages. The precinct’s objective is to create an environment that will provide streamlined and seamless integration with air freight, logistics, warehousing and distribution to ensure successful and prosperous business enterprises. Major companies currently committed to Export Park include Schenker, Hellman, Cellnet, Sandvik, Fedex, Qantas Freight, Australia Post, Australian Air Express, Australian Quarantine (AQIS) and more.

 

Location

Export Park is located close to the terminals with good exposure and access to Brisbane's major arterial road network.

 

Intended and current uses

Export Park precinct includes Export Park, Export Park West and Viola Place. With the exception of Viola Place zoned as General Industry, Export Park is a Special Purpose Centre for mixed industry and business. This includes offices and associated car parking, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution networks.
