What to expect:
Brisbane Airport Corporation endeavours to respond to all feedback within five working days. If for any reason you do not hear from us within this period, you can follow up by emailing feedback [at] bne [dot] com [dot] au or call us on (07) 3406-3000 and request to speak to the Community Relations Officer. For reporting purposes it is preferable for all complaints to be made in writing.
In cases where feedback relates to another organisation or entity, or does not fall under the jurisdiction of Brisbane Airport Corporation, your feedback may be referred to the responsible authority. For example, if your complaint is about lost baggage, you will be referred to the airline responsible for managing this process.
