In cases where feedback relates to another organisation or entity, or does not fall under the jurisdiction of Brisbane Airport Corporation, your feedback may be referred to the responsible authority. For example, if your complaint is about lost baggage, you will be referred to the airline responsible for managing this process.
All complaints regarding aircraft noise should be directed to Airservices Australia.
