Airport Service Centre
If you are a new company to Brisbane Airport and wish to apply for ASICs, it is recommended that you contact our office initially to ensure that you are fully aware of the procedures involved.
ASIC Applications
ASIC application forms are not yet available on-line. Hard copies are available from our office at the Airport Service Centre (see map below).
Visitor Identification Cards (VICs):
Any person that does not have a valid red/grey ASIC and has a legitimate reason to access the Security Restricted Area must obtain a Visitor Identification Card (VIC) and be escorted by the holder of a valid red/grey ASIC.
Should you require a VIC, there are three electronic VIC systems available throughout the Airport. These can be found on Level Three of the International Terminal, the Airport Operations Centre in Vitex Street and the Alarm Monitoring Office on Level Two of the Domestic Terminal in the Jetstar area.
Please remember that all visitors must be escorted at ALL times by a person with a valid ASIC.
