Speciality Retail Tenancy opportunity at Brisbane Domestic Airport

Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Limited (BAC) invites proposals from retail organisations to submit leasing proposals for the right to manage and operate a new retail business located on Level 2 of Brisbane Airport’s Domestic Terminal.

 

The new tenancy is approx. 67 square metres and is located on the main passenger concourse between the Qantas and Virgin Australia areas within the Domestic Terminal.

 

BAC is seeking a concept that will complement the existing retail environment, provide an exceptional level of service and product to the airport customer, and deliver exceptional sales.

 

BAC is also seeking to secure a retailer that is willing to embrace a dynamic partnership arrangement to help achieve its objectives.

 

During 2011 FY, Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal facilitated more than 15 million passengers, representing growth of 6 per cent on the previous year.

 

Proponents interested in submitting a proposal to BAC should do so by 5pm Friday 23 September, 2011.
