Access to Airport Village

Travelling to the Airport Village?

DFO, Village Markets, Novotel Hotel and other Airport Village businesses can be accessed from Airport Drive or Moreton Drive. 

 

From Airport Drive

From the city use the fast diamond intersection (former airport roundabout) to access Airport Drive. Stay in the left lane. Follow the signs from Airport Drive to the Airport Village.

 

From the West – East-West Arterial

A new flyover to Airport Drive is now open. If you take this route, access to Airport Village is via Lomandra Drive and Lakeside Drive.

If you follow the Airport Village signs on the East-West Arterial, staying in the left lane, you will be directed to access Airport Drive via the fast diamond intersection.

 

From Moreton Drive

If you are travelling on Moreton Drive from the north or south, take the Nancy-Bird Way exit and turn right at the International Terminal roundabout, travelling along Airport Drive to the Airport Village exit.

 

Alternatively, you can exit onto the Southern Cross Way (former Old Gateway Motorway) after the Gateway Bridge (from the south) or before Nudgee Road (from the north) and access the Airport Village via the fast diamond intersection (former airport roundabout) and Airport Drive.
