Free Wi-Fi at Brisbane Airport
Passengers have 60 minutes free access to Wi-Fi in the following locations:
International Terminal:
Level 3 retail areas
Level 4 retail areas
Common User Domestic Terminal:
Level 2 retail areas
How does it work?
To connect, you must must have WiFi connectivity enabled via the network settings on the device they are using. You can then select the BNE Free WiFi service from the network settings and start browsing.
There are two pages which will display:
1. Login page - which has terms and conditions as well as a login button for 60 minutes of free web browsing.
2. When the login page is displayed, the BNE Airport Shopping page will also display. It is recommended to keep this page open and open another web page to browse the internet.
You will have a total time of 60 mins over a total eight hour period with a download limit of 28mbps per user.

Four hour transit stop
FREE TIME?
Catch our Free Courtesy Bus to a world of on-airport shopping, food and fashion only 10 minutes bus ride from the International Terminal. Click here to find out what is available at Airport Village.
Whether you are early for your flight, in-transit or just waiting for friends to arrive, you can hop on the free Courtesy Bus and visit the Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) and a wide range of retail stores.
The courtesy bus departs regularly from the International Terminal on Level 4 and from the Airport Village bus stop outside the Village Markets.
It's a hassle-free way to make the most of your free time while at Brisbane Airport.
Six hour transit stop
Depending on your arrival time you can spend your time shopping at the DFO or you can board the Airtrain ($28 per adult return - kids travel free) or Shuttle Bus and discover the delights of Brisbane City. Within 25 minutes of leaving Brisbane Airport you can be strolling down Queen Street Mall in the heart of downtown Brisbane and amongst the best shopping you will find in Queensland.
Nearby are the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, South Bank Parklands and the Brisbane River.
For something a little more adventurous, hire a bicycle and ride throughout the city, or catch a City Cat and explore the Brisbane River getting on and off wherever you please.
Eight+ hour transit stop
With eight hours between flights you can enjoy a City Sights Tour where you get off and on at leisure exploring Brisbane’s famous landmarks. Alternatively a half day guided City Sights Tour will give you a great overview of Brisbane as well as some added extra attractions.
If you’re feeling adventurous why not custom design a day of sightseeing and let your own personal driver do the rest – visit Australia Zoo – home of Steve Irwin the "Crocodile Hunter", explore the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, or take in the pristine beaches of the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
Luggage Lockers
Lockers have recently been installed at the International Terminal (on the ground floor at the entrance to the public car park) and there are also lockers located at the Village Markets and Roma Street Transit Centre in Brisbane City. Unfortunately lockers are not available at the Domestic Terminal.

Airport Village
A limited amount of lockers are also available at the Village Markets, which are located approximately six kilometres from the domestic terminal and approximately three kilometres from The International Terminal. They are located to the right hand side of the Woolworth's supermarket entrance. These lockers may also assist if you are shopping at the direct factory outlet, which is located directly opposite the village markets. Lockers are available from Monday to Friday between 7am and 10pm and Saturday and Sunday between 7am and 7pm. It is not possible to reserve a locker.

Roma Street Transit Centre - Brisbane City
Locker facilities are also available at the The Roma Street Transit Centre in Brisbane City, you would need to contact them directly for information regarding this service on free call 1-800 632 640.
These facilities are useful when travelling into Brisbane Central and Airtrain travels directly from the Terminals to Roma Street Transit Centre (for train timetable enquiries please contact Airtrain on (07) 3216 3308.
Unaccompanied Baggage
If you are travelling on from Brisbane you may like to consider sending your luggage ahead as unaccompanied baggage, you can do this from the International terminal, Level 4 by taking your luggage to the Qantas unaccompanied baggage counter where they will send your goods on ahead for you. They can be contacted on 1300 368 747 to determine the cost involved.
