
Therapy Dogs are returning to the Domestic and International Terminals for the June/July school holidays.
The canine ambassadors from Therapy and Support Animals Australia are coming with their handlers to provide furry support and manage any preflight anxiety. Puppies will also be attending as part of Therapy and Support Animals Australia's “stay and train” program.
Domestic Terminal sessions:
- 12 pm - 2 pm Tuesday 1 July
- 12 pm - 2 pm Tuesday 8 July
- 12 pm - 2 pm Tuesday 15 July
- 12 pm - 2 pm Thursday 17 July
International Terminal sessions:
- 9 am - 11 am Friday 4 July
- 9 am - 11 am Friday 11 July

BNE Gallery has landed at the Qantas and Virgin ends of the Domestic Terminal and will present three exhibitions from mid-June to mid-September so there will be something new to check out next time you fly!
- 13 June - 17 July: Walk down a memory runway as we celebrate 100 years of Brisbane Airport with a curation of milestone moments and nostalgic photography from our beginnings to the early 2000s.
- 17 July - 18 August: A curation of the most important photojournalism from World Press Photo 2025 will be on display presented by Brisbane Powerhouse.
- 19 August - 15 September: Urban Sketchers will display their interpretations of our historic and architectural Kingsford Smith Memorial, located opposite the International Terminal, which is home to the famous Southern Cross aircraft.

Join a guided bus tour of the Brisbane Airport precinct to learn about the history and future of this ever-evolving location. You’ll hear about buildings such as the Kingsford Smith Memorial (home of the “Southern Cross” aircraft, Royal Flying Doctor Service base, Plane Spotting Platform, the original Eagle Farm runway and more.
Tour Date: 9:30 am - 4 pm, Saturday 19 July
Frequency of Guided Tours: Tour 1 - 9:30am departure, 11.00am return; Tour 2 - 12.00pm departure, 1:30pm return; Tour 3 - 2:30pm departure, 4.00pm return. Tours will be conducted via a bus provided by Brisbane Airport.
