Overview
BSR Group, which oversees more than 200 retailers including the Betta Home Living, Designer Appliances, Furniture Zone, RT Edwards Commercial, Stan Cash, and Billy Guyatts brands, consolidated its three separate Brisbane sites into an office and warehouse space at Da Vinci Business Park in 2023.
The 140 BSR Group employees are now reaping the benefits of having everyone under one roof.
The 5,600sqm premises includes 2,100sqm of commercial office and showroom, 3,500sqm of warehouse space and 118 on-site car parks.
The rooftop has 390kW of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels which convert light to electricity, delivering energy efficiencies for BSR Group and reducing carbon emissions.
