Shane is a Senior Property Development Manager within Brisbane Airport Corporation’s Commercial group. The property team is tasked with developing the organisation's non-aeronautical land holdings, of which Shane has been a member for the last 18 years. 

His experience includes the development of new projects across the commercial, industrial, retail, and aviation sectors. With over 28 years of experience in the property development industry, Shane has a proven track record of successfully delivering numerous property projects across South East Queensland.

This experience transcends total project lifespan including precinct planning, land delivery, concept design, delivery and handover.

Shane adopts a relationship-based philosophy for the delivery of his projects, with a focus on ensuring the end product is of a high quality, is sustainable and also commercially viable. Stakeholder engagement is also a key focus that ensures the clients are engaged throughout the design and delivery process. It is this philosophy that has ensured successful long-term partnerships have been established and maintained with all project stakeholders over many years. 

David has more than 15 years’ experience leading some of Australia’s largest infrastructure portfolios across both private and government sectors. 

Before joining Brisbane Airport Corporation he focused on unlocking the value of greenfield sites for Port of Brisbane, resetting the precinct vision and spearheading the strategy and rezoning activities. 

As the Group Manager of Planning for North Queensland Bulk Ports, David managed the planning of the $1 billion+ expansions of the Port of Abbot Point and the Port of Hay Point. 

In 2021, David was named Airport Council International’s Asia Pacific Young Executive of the Year. He has also served on the Board of Infrastructure Association of Queensland and has an ongoing interest in the Committee for Brisbane. 

David is a graduate of Planning and has Master degrees in both Property Development and Finance. 

Todd is a highly-skilled property executive with strong educational foundations, possessing an MBA and Business Degree majoring in Property. He is passionate about design, gender equality, sustainable development and business practices, business efficiency, technological innovation, generating great partnerships, generating public value and rewarding commercial outcomes. 

Todd is a member of the Business Leadership Team at Brisbane Airports, as Head of Industrial Property and Logistics. 

Prior to joining BAC Todd was a member of the Executive Leadership team of the Urban Renewal Authority. Responsible for managing the Industrial, Defence, Innovation Precincts, City Projects, Project Services, New Project Acquisitions and Joint Venture Management functions of the organisation.

Before, Renewal SA Todd spent seventeen years in Sydney. Most recently with Frasers Property Australia as Development Director and was responsible for;

- Development of Discovery Point which is a $1.2 Billion, 6.5Ha mixed-use master-planned community situated 10km from the Sydney CBD that surrounds Wolli Creek Train station. The project includes 132,000sqm of GFA across 14 Buildings that hold 2000 apartments and 2000 car spaces, 34 retail suites, 5000sqm of office, 3ha of open space, two heritage-listed buildings, and four shared pools and gyms. The project involves complex over rail development and interfaces with the train network.

- The development of Tailors Walk, a $450 Million seven-stage project in Botany that yields 437 dwellings and a retail component.

- New Business in NSW leading bids, research, industry engagement and acquisitions. 

Prior to Frasers Todd held Valuation, Project Management, Development Management and Development Director positions at;

- Valuer General, SA Government // Valuer
- Client side project management firm Clifton Coney Group (now TetraTec) // PM
- Mining Accommodation firm The MAC (now Civeo) // DM
- Quantum Funds Management // DM, and 
- Investment bank and fund manager Moss Capital. (now Elanor ASX :ENN) // DD
