To cancel an online booking;

1. Go to manage by bookings 

2. Enter your email address and booking reference

3. Select find booking

4. Press cancel 

Your booking will be cancelled and your refund will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days.

If you have lost or misplaced your QR code, it can be resent to you via email.

1. Go to manage my bookings

2. In the Resend confirmation email field, type in the email address you used for your booking.

3. Select Resend confirmation

Is your vehicle already in the car park?

As your vehicle is already in the car park, it is not possible to amend your booking online.  
Overstay rates will apply - however the fee will be no more than $20 per day. You will be required to pay the difference upon exiting the car park. For details on multiple day overstay fees, click here

As your booking has not yet commenced, you can make changes to booking times and dates. 

Click on the link below and enter your email address and booking reference.

IMPORTANT – if you make changes to an online booking you will refunded the full amount of your previous booking and be recharged the new full amount. Refunds can take 5-7 working days to be returned to your bank account dependent on the bank you are with.
