For Domestic passengers being dropped off on the Pick-up and Drop-off road, please use these zones for easier access to the Domestic Terminal:

• All Qantas and Jetstar passengers, it is recommended that you use Zone 1 (Light Blue) to Zone 3 (Dark Blue) at the very beginning of the road.

• Virgin Australia, Rex, Alliance, Link Airways, National Jet Express, and Link Airways passengers, it is recommended that you use Zone 6 (Yellow) through to Zone 7 (Green) towards the end of the road.

Now the central area of the Domestic Terminal is closed, we have set up two temporary information desks. You can find the friendly Airport Ambassadors before screening, opposite baggage carousel 5 and baggage carousel 3. Just look for the blue shirts with the yellow ‘I’. 

The Prayer room at the International Terminal has been temporarily relocated to Level 3, after security, near gate 78. The Prayer room at the Domestic Terminal is temporarily closed whilst we upgrade the amenities. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our facilities.
