Brisbane Airport worked with Aramex Australia to design and deliver a new 26,120sqm office and warehouse – equivalent in area to more than three-and-a-half rugby league fields – as part of the first stage of the Airport Industrial Park’s development.
Aramex’s significant new development takes advantage of Brisbane Airport’s superior transport connections and highlights the potential for logistics and industrial development at Brisbane Airport at scale.
Superior Food Services
Brisbane Airport worked with Superior Foods to develop a purpose-built 10,460sqm warehouse and cold storage facility at Airport Industrial Park.
The development also included office space, logistics connections and dock doors to accommodate B-double trucks.
Chosen by Superior Foods for its location within the premium master-planned industrial zone with strong road network connections and high amenity, Airport Industrial Park became its regional supply hub.
Phoenix Express Logistics
This 17,416sqm site with approximately 8,600sqm of lettable area is positioned in stage one of Airport Industrial Park's master-planned 100-hectare zone. Construction is underway on neighbouring sites, with global logistics giant Aramex among the anchor tenants within the five-stage industrial precinct.
Brisbane Airport Corporation invites businesses to enter into a pre-commitment for this industrial development with 24/7 operations permitted.
BNE Service Centre
The BNE Service Centre features a 24-hour Shell Coles Express, Car Wash, UltraTune outlet and seven food and beverage retailers.
Located close to Brisbane Airport’s International and Domestic Terminals and the shopping hub of Skygate, the centre supports transport providers with free Wi-Fi and airport flight information.
Food and beverage tenants within BNE Service Centre include a 24-hour McDonald’s and KFC, The Coffee Club, Subway, sushi and kebab outlets.
