Expanding its existing site in the master-planned industrial zone, Brisbane Airport developed a contemporary warehouse and office that enabled greater throughput while minimising the use of energy and water.
Sustainability features of the building included LED lighting, rainwater harvesting and the use of insulating translucent sheeting on 10 per cent of the roof area.

Boronia Brew café is operated by HELP Enterprises and provides a safe, supportive environment where people with a disability can work towards their NDIS goals.
Ten employees with a disability work from Boronia Brew, supported on-the-job by experienced hospitality professionals and support officers. They learn money handling, customer service, making coffee, communication, and time management.
Bonds Transport Group
Freight and logistics provider Bonds Transport relocated to a newly built 1,900sqm warehouse and commercial space at Export Park, allowing for unrivalled transport links and the capacity for 24/7 operations.
Bonds Transport Group leased the contemporary new space while under construction, highlighting Brisbane Airport’s excellence in transport, logistics and manufacturing developments.
In addition to the warehouse, the commercial office space can accommodate 60 employees.
