We are proud to have been voted by travellers as the best airport in Asia Pacific in the Skytrax World Airport Awards in 2016 and 2017, a title we are committed to maintaining through ongoing high standards of customer service throughout the airport.
To ensure this, Brisbane Airport actively collects and responds to passenger feedback and has many other initiatives including the Airport Ambassador program to help passengers while they are visiting the airport.

We use customer feedback to enhance your Brisbane Airport experience, by improving our service. We also share the respective feedback with our partners including airlines, government agencies, and lessees so that they can improve the Brisbane Airport experience from within their control.
Airport Ambassadors - have a question?
Brisbane Airport is proud to provide customers with an army of 170 passionate volunteers whose goal is to assist passengers in their journey through the airport.
Keep your eyes peeled for the bright blue shirts and big yellow ‘i’ if you have a question. You can find them walking the floors of the International and Domestic Terminals or at the Visitor Information desks, as follows:
- 7am - 11am
- 4pm - 8pm
- 7am - 7pm
