Did you know every 12 months, a new Artist-in-Residence takes over Brisbane Airport?
From the realism master himself, Robert Brownhall, to the strings of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Brisbane Airport engages esteemed local and international artists to transform the space and inspire travellers.
For the next 12 months (2017-2018), Brisbane Airport will undertake a new Artist-in-Residence program, BricksBNE. During this exhibit, Ben Craig, aka Ben the Brick Builder, will create two 'walls' of art made entirely from LEGO bricks.
One depicts ‘a day in the life of Brisbane International Terminal’ and the other, a series of detailed diaramas depicting travel destinations.
