All vehicles operating airside at Brisbane Airport must display a valid Authority for Use Airside (AUA) permit.
Before applying for an AUA, applicants are required to submit the following:
- Completed AUA Application via Onboard
Login to Onboard - Signed Indemnity Agreement for Authority for Use Airside (one per company, not per vehicle)
- Motor vehicle Insurance Certificate of Currency
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate with BAC noted as an "Interested Party" for a minimum of:
AUD $20 million for vehicles accessing Perimeter roads, Aircraft stands, Aprons and manoeuvring areas when towing aircraft only; OR
AUD $50 million for vehicles accessing Runways, Taxiways and Aircraft manoeuvring areas to conduct construction works/repairs;
that does not contain any exclusionary clause relating to any airport infrastructure, aircraft or matters relating to or in connection with the operation of vehicles on the Airside, and contains an ‘airside endorsement’.
Note: AUA Applications and Indemnity must be signed by an authorised company representative. Insurance certificates must be in Australian dollars.
