Your International Terminal is undergoing a dramatic revamp that will revoluntionise the passenger experience with the most significant upgrades to the terminal since its opening 29 years ago.
Driven by the need to upgrade security screening equipment to meet Australian Government standards by the end of 2025, Brisbane Airport is transforming Queensland’s gateway to the world.
The work at the International Terminal includes relocation of security and passport control to Level 4 with enhanced security screening equipment, plus self-service check-in and bag drop linked to upgraded baggage systems. The retail stores including food outlets will be overhauled with an expanded duty free experience.
This is all part of the $5 billion Future BNE transformation of Brisbane Airport over the coming decade.
