Domestic Pick Up and Drop Off

At Brisbane Airport, the pick-up and drop-off kerbside zone is strictly for drivers who have a passenger ready to be dropped-off or picked-up immediately. If the passenger is not there waiting for you, you will be asked to move on by a Kerbside Officer.  If you have been asked to move on, the best option is to park and wait at ParkShort our short term car park, where your first 30 mins will be free, until your passenger has arrived and is ready for collection. Domestic Terminal parking is a short stroll from check-in and baggage claim, so you’ll even have time for a coffee while you wait.

There are six dedicated accessible parking spaces for passenger pick-up and drop-off underneath the Skywalk. Any vehicles using this space must display a valid Disability Parking Permit as fines apply for misuse. 

Additionally, two dedicated spaces are available in the limousine and rideshare road, which is closer to the Terminal. These spaces need to be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance.
